Job Responsibilities : Financial Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and reporting requirements. Perform financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement. Provide insights and recommendations based on financial analysis to support decision-making by senior management and stakeholders. Monitor and report on key financial performance indicators. Financial Controls and Risk Management: Implement and maintain robust financial controls and procedures to safeguard assets and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations. Assess and mitigate financial risks, such as credit risk, liquidity risk, and operational risk. Review and improve internal control processes and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Conduct periodic internal audits to identify control weaknesses and recommend corrective actions. Financial Compliance and Audit: Coordinate and manage statutory, internal, IFC audits, etc. ensuring timely completion and accurate financial reporting. Ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations, accounting standards, and tax requirements. Collaborate with external auditors and regulatory authorities as necessary. Stay updated on changes in financial regulations and reporting standards. What skills you are expected to have: CA with at least 7 years of experience in Fintech/ New-age tech companies. Experience in Financial Reporting & Controllership is a must. Experience in Managing Big 4 Statutory Auditors. Skilled in Ind AS/ IFRS & Treasury; knowledge of RBI & SEBI regulations. Experience in managing working capital/ Fund flow management is preferred.
