Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing marketing strategies under supervision
  • Planning and monitoring the companys presence across social media platforms
  • Launch and diligent tracking of online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) to drive qualified lead generation and enhance brand authority within target industries.
  • Contribute to SEO activities, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and image tagging, to improve online visibility.
  • Creating and distributing newsletters, promotional emails, and marketing campaigns across digital channels
  • Generate and propose creative ideas for content marketing initiatives, including blog posts, case studies, white papers, and website content enhancements that address the needs of the B2B audience.
  • Create and schedule engaging, brand-aligned content for digital platforms
  • Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing activities using tools like Google Analytics, contributing to performance insights.
  • Stay informed about current digital marketing trends and emerging tools
  • Coordinate with external agencies and vendors as needed for content, design, or media support
  • Participate in the execution of basic Account-Based Marketing (ABM) tactics under guidance, such as identifying target accounts and personalizing content.
  • Contribute to the creation of content that can be adapted or personalized for different segments of the target audience.
  • Gain exposure to and participate in the use of marketing automation and sales enablement platforms for lead nurturing and campaign management
  • Contribute to the creation and distribution of various content formats, including video, webinars, and interactive content.
  • Support the marketing team in collaborating with the sales team on lead generation and nurturing initiatives.
  • Contribute to the adaptation of marketing materials and campaigns for global markets, learning to consider cultural and linguistic nuances under guidance.

Preferred candidate profile

Basic understanding of core marketing principles, including digital marketing (SEO/SEM, social media), content marketing (blogging, copywriting), and brand marketing (brand awareness, messaging).

  • Awareness of marketing funnels and customer journeys
  • Understanding of SEO principles (keyword research, on-page optimization) and SEM concepts (paid search campaign basics).
  • Exposure to Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, or similar tools (preferred)
  • Content marketing, Basic content creation skills, including writing short-form content for social media, blog posts, or website copy.
  • Understanding of email marketing principles and experience with email marketing platforms (desirable).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for creating marketing materials and interacting with team members.
  • Ability to create basic visual content using tools like Canva or effectively communicate design briefs to designers.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and engagement best practices
  • Demonstrated eagerness to learn new marketing tools, technologies, and strategies

Diploma or specialization in Digital Marketing, Marketing or BMS graduate, MBA (Marketing)
