Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

Environmental monitoring of microbiology laboratory and production area as per schedule.
Monitoring of temperature, humidity and differential pressure of microbiology laboratory
To receive, prepare, sterilize and usage the microbiological media as per standard operating procedure.
MLT Test of RM, FP, Bulk, Packing material as per pharmacopeia
Sampling of treated water, purified water and R.O water as per specified schedule.
Microbiological analysis of treated water and purified water as per standard operating procedure.
Sterility test, BET Test, media Fill, BIs test
Area validation and qualification.
Validation of autoclave, Incubators & Dry heat sterilizer.
Online Documentation with respect to GLP, GDP, GMP
Discard of used media as per standard operating procedure
To responsible for QMS Activity (change control , deviation ,notation )
To prepare the Environment Monitoring Trends as per requirement.
To prepare the Water Analysis Trends as per requirement.
To maintain the analytical records, log books in online state.
To perform the swab sampling.

Preferred candidate profile: 3 -8 years of relevant experience in pharma formulation plant.
