Executive Marketing

You will be responsible for achieving marketing conversion targets by executing marketing strategies for Malabar Gold & Diamonds. You will assist in collecting leads from various sources for prospective weddings and building a database of potential customers. Accompanying the Marketing Manager to visit high net worth customers and persuading them to make purchases will be part of your duties. Customer visits based on assigned leads, updating visit details in the CRM software, and informing showroom staff about potential customers will be crucial tasks. Providing lead visit information to the tele caller for CRM software updates and maintaining a database of DNF data from wedding-related agencies are key responsibilities. You will plan follow-ups with potential customers based on lead data and other relevant factors. Participation in in-store sales to understand products, pricing, and customer preferences, as well as checking applicant eligibility for charitable schemes, are essential components of the role. As part of the marketing function, you will execute marketing campaigns, conduct market surveys on competitor sales, monitor brand sentiment online, and support outdoor activities like hoardings and campaigns. Ensuring compliance with Standard Operating Procedures, generating reports as required, and actively seeking self-development opportunities are integral to the position. The role requires a Bachelor of Commerce degree, age below 35, and 5 to 6 years of experience. The location is Sinhgad Road, Pune, Maharashtra, India. The salary range is as per industry standards.,
