Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dewas for an Executive - Maintenance at Sun Pharma. The Executive - Maintenance will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of plant equipment and facilities. Day-to-day tasks include managing preventive maintenance schedules, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, coordinating with vendors for parts and service, adhering to safety protocols, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The role demands adherence to regulatory compliance and maintaining detailed maintenance records.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing preventive maintenance schedules and troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues
• Knowledge of safety protocols and regulatory compliance in a pharmaceutical manufacturing setting
• Ability to coordinate with vendors for parts and service
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry is a plus
• Proficiency in using maintenance management software
