Role & responsibilities

Company Secretarial Work:

a. Drafting agenda, minutes for board meetings, general meetings, and preparing all related documents;

b. filing of eforms with MCA, RBI along with PCS;

c. maintenance & updation of all statutory records;

d. keep updated of all latest secretarial notifications as may be applicable to the Company;

e. ensure compliances on tool and seeking updates from all functions;

f. Providing all secretarial support to the CS;

Assistance in all legal matters like drafting of agreements, replies to legal notices, litigation management.

Preferred candidate profile

CS (Qualified) and graduation in law will be added advantage
