Job Title: Legal Executive
Key Responsibilities:
1. Draft, review, and vet a wide range of agreements and documents, including Service Agreements, Vendor Agreements, NDAs, Lease Agreements, Bank Guarantees, and Indemnity Bonds.
2. Provide legal advisory on Property Law, Corporate Law, Negotiable Instruments Act, Carriage of Goods Act, Motor Vehicles Act, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC), and other applicable laws.
3. Ensure compliance with applicable laws, including the Companies Act and Contract Act.
4. Conduct legal research and prepare legal opinions and notes as required.
5. Participate in discussions and negotiations with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
6. Responsible for preparation and timely submission of weekly and monthly MIS reports to the Management.
Skills & Qualifications:
1. B.A. LL.B. / LL.B. from a recognized institution
2. 24 years of relevant experience in contract laws, property matters, and corporate legal advisory
3. Strong drafting and reviewing skills with sound understanding of commercial and corporate laws
4. Excellent research, communication, and negotiation skills
5. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
