Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Perform daily reconciliation of banking and mutual fund transactions, ensuring accuracy and timely closure of breaks.
Manage mutual fund operations, including transaction processing, NAV validation, and reporting.
Work on banking operations fund transfers, settlements, and cash flow monitoring.
Prepare and analyze MIS reports and dashboards using Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros, etc.).
Coordinate with internal teams, custodians, fund managers, and other stakeholders for resolving queries.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal process guidelines.
Support audits by providing necessary reports and data.

Key Skills Required

Strong knowledge of Banking & Mutual Fund operations.
Hands-on experience in Reconciliation processes.
Proficiency in Advanced Excel (Pivot, Lookup functions, Dashboarding, Macros preferred).
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
