Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic IT Inside Sales Executive with hands-on experience in B2B domestic sales, software products and services, and SaaS-based solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, qualification, market research, and client engagement to drive business growth.

This role requires a self-starter with strong communication skills, a consultative approach, and a passion for technology sales.

Role & responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting:

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through research, cold calls, emails, and social media.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through proactive outreach and follow-ups.
  • Conduct

    market research

    to identify potential clients, industry trends, and decision-makers.

2. Sales & Client Engagement:

  • Present and promote software services, IT solutions, and SaaS products to potential clients.
  • Understand client requirements, propose suitable solutions, and coordinate with the technical/pre-sales team.
  • Maintain strong follow-up and nurture leads to closure.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

3. CRM & Reporting:

  • Manage all leads, opportunities, and communications in CRM tools.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales pipeline, lead status, and conversion metrics.
  • Provide insights from client interactions to improve marketing and product strategies.

4. Collaboration & Market Understanding:

  • Work closely with marketing teams for campaign execution and lead nurturing.
  • Gather feedback from clients and competitors to identify market trends and opportunities.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of the IT industry, SaaS products, and emerging technologies.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • 13 years of experience in Inside Sales / Lead Generation / Business Development in the B2B IT industry (Domestic Market).
  • Proven experience in selling Software Services, IT Products, or SaaS Solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong knowledge of lead generation techniques, cold calling, and email campaigns.
  • Ability to understand client requirements and present technical solutions effectively.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive personality.
