 GPS tracking and Monitoring.

 Ensure Toll free number and RT working properly.

 Preparation of BOV Drivers, Helpers, Drivers and Sweepers attendance reports zone wise and forward to Project Head and GCC.

 Preparation of Previous Day BOV Drivers, Helpers, Drivers and Sweepers attendance reports zone wise and forward to Project Head and GCC.

 Responsible for timely preparing Vehicle deployment report for all zone.

 Preparation of BOV Compliance report.

 Inbound calls.

 Handling complaints and reporting to respective Supervisor / Zonal Head /Operations Head / Project Head to resolve within timelines.

 Preparing Vehicle deployment reports.

 Preparing Daily assert collection, MCC and RCC reports.

 Sending MIS reports, shift, daily and monthly basis.

 Escalate issues regarding Biometric/RFID/GPS/IT related issues on time & ensure rectification.

 Follow up with Operations and ensure timely closure if complaints.

 Monitoring Bins report hourly basis.

 If any Absenteeism in shift rest of them has to complete entire shift task for smoother operation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
