Senior Executive (CA Fresher / 1-2 years’ experience)

1. Role Summary:

1. Responsible for Banking, Settlement and Accounting of Investments activities; and facilitating Fund Management Team for decision making.


2. Needs to have basic understanding and keenness to learn about Capital Market - fixed income, money market and equity market - for settlement of trades including various Corporate Actions. 


3. Maintaining cordial relations with various Investments Auditors and Bankers; and 


4. Developing understanding about Interest Rate Derivatives.

Fund Managers, Finance & Accounts, Operations, IT and Actuarial Department for Investments Operation activities.

1. Cash Flow Management for Investment activities – ensuring deployment of Funds prudently and reconciliations 

1. Settlement of trades across various asset classes viz., Fixed Income securities, Money Market - Repo / TREPS, Equity, Mutual Fund / ETFs, SLB and Interest rate Derivate mainly FRA

1. Determine & Settlement of Margin requirements for Derivative trades and its accounting 

1. Adhering to regulatory requirement of Banking, Settlement and Accounting for Investments Operations activities.

1. Participating in Primary market operations & settlement like IPO’s, PE funds, anchor issues, ASBA FD's etc.

1. Ensuring smooth closures of Corporate Actions like Dividend, Bonus, Rights Issue, Merger / Demerger etc.

1. Daily Bank and Holding reconciliation

1. Complying with KYC norms with various agencies for trade executions.

1. Working on SAP IMS and needs to carry out UAT for enhancements of features & smooth functioning of SAP IMS

1. Preparing MIS / data and carrying Analytics
