Company Description InsuranceDekho is an online platform that allows users to compare and purchase insurance policies from top-rated companies across various types, including Motor, Health, Life, and Travel insurance. The platform simplifies the insurance buying process through an easy-to-navigate interface where users can select the type of policy, fill in details, compare quotes, and make payments. Once the payment is made, the insurance policy is issued seamlessly. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive based in Palwal. The Executive will be responsible for daily operations including customer service, policy sales, and managing client relationships. Tasks will include assisting customers with their insurance needs, processing policy applications, and providing product information. The role will also involve handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Qualifications Customer Service and Client Relationship Management skills Sales, Policy Processing, and Product Information skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and time-management abilities Proficiency in using software and online platforms for policy management Ability to work effectively in a team Experience in the insurance industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field Show more Show less
