Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Executive role located in Mengio. The Executive will handle day-to-day operational tasks such as interacting with clients, maintaining records, and ensuring the seamless execution of business processes. The role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, assisting in managing customer accounts, and contributing to the achievement of organizational goals through proactive problem-solving and communication.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Operational and organizational skills, including maintaining accurate records and coordinating with various departments.
• Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to address and resolve issues efficiently.
• Familiarity with business processes, B2B platforms, and customer relationship management tools.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and office software.
• Self-motivation, attention to detail, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Experience in the B2B or e-commerce industry is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field is preferred.
