Your primary responsibilities will include: - **Lead Management:** Handle inbound sales inquiries and leads from various sources such as the company website, social media, email campaigns, and other marketing channels. - **Customer Engagement:** Interact with potential customers to identify their needs, provide product information, and address any queries or issues they may have. - **Sales Conversion:** Guide customers through the sales process, converting qualified leads into sales opportunities with tailored solutions. - **CRM Management:** Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and lead status in the CRM system, ensuring all information is up-to-date and well-documented. - **Follow-up:** Conduct timely follow-ups with leads and prospects to nurture relationships and advance them through the sales funnel. - **Product Knowledge:** Develop a profound understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value propositions to potential customers. - **Collaboration:** Work closely with the marketing team to coordinate sales efforts with ongoing marketing campaigns and initiatives. - **Performance Metrics:** Meet and exceed sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) established by the Head of Sales.
