As a Non-Food Hard Section Manager, your primary responsibility will be to oversee and manage the section to ensure optimal presentation, stock availability, and customer satisfaction. Monitoring inventory levels, coordinating with suppliers, and managing stock replenishment to meet customer demands will also be part of your role. Analyzing sales data and customer feedback will be crucial in identifying trends and improving section performance. You will be required to lead, train, and motivate team members to achieve departmental goals. Ensuring compliance with store policies, health, and safety regulations is essential in this position. The ideal candidate for this role should have a minimum Bachelor's degree with 3 to 5 years of proven experience in a similar retail management role.
