Role Overview: As a Decor Executive (Store), your primary goal will be to ensure that the store team is driving Decor category sales and adhering to operational excellence guidelines to create a delightful experience for customers. You should have experience working in a Home Decor showroom to excel in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Drive sales through store staff by maintaining store level GMV and revenue - Ensure that store staff report to the Sales Officer and maintain productivity - Maintain customer satisfaction levels and meet with customers for conversion - Implement on-ground demand generation activities and provide dealer servicing - Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to resolve dealer issues and maintain dealer accounts - Act as a Single Point of Contact for the store and handle order servicing and issues - Execute hygiene areas and drive store operational excellence - Focus on effective usage of digital journey for customer conversion - Provide team training and grooming in coordination with the central training team - Assist in team recruitment Qualifications Required: - Proven experience as a Senior Salesperson in a Decor showroom - Ability to manage multiple customers in various stages of sales conversion - Outstanding negotiation skills - Excellent organizational and time-management skills - Team player with leadership abilities,
