Job Description: As a Dcor Executive (Store), your role will involve working in a Home Dcor showroom and ensuring that the store team drives Dcor category sales while adhering to operational excellence guidelines to provide a delightful experience for customers. Key Responsibilities: - Drive sales through store staff by maintaining store level GMV and revenue - Ensure that store staff reports to the Sales Officer and maintain productivity of each staff member - Maintain customer level Index and meet customers for conversion - Implement on-ground demand generation activities and dealer servicing - Manage Dealer Health Card issues and coordinate with relevant stakeholders for resolution - Maintain dealer accounts related to sales and material servicing follow-ups - Serve as a Single Point of Contact for the store and coordinate with stakeholders for order servicing and issue resolution - Execute hygiene areas and drive store operational excellence - Focus on effective usage of digital journey to lead to customer conversion - Conduct team training, grooming, and recruitment in coordination with the central training team Qualifications Required: - Proven experience as a Senior Salesperson in a Dcor showroom - Ability to manage multiple customers in various stages of sales conversion - Outstanding negotiation skills - Excellent organizational and time-management skills - A team player with leadership abilities,
