Executive HRBP (Female)

As an Executive HRBP at our healthcare organization in Calcutta (Kolkata), West Bengal, you will play a crucial role in supporting HR operations, employee relations, recruitment, and policy implementation aligned with our business objectives. With 1 to 3 years of HRBP experience in the healthcare sector, preferably in hospitals, you will have the opportunity to contribute to creating a positive work environment. Key Responsibilities: - Support end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes for clinical and non-clinical roles, including Workforce Planning - Handle employee relations, grievances, and engagement initiatives effectively - Maintain HR records, attendance, and leave management systems accurately - Coordinate training sessions and performance appraisal cycles efficiently - Ensure compliance with labor laws and healthcare regulations consistently - Act as a liaison between staff and management to promote a harmonious work environment Qualifications Required: - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Willingness to travel to the specific zone for work - Working knowledge of labor laws and hospital HR practices - Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment The budgeted compensation for this role is 6.5 lacs per annum.
