Role

Executive – HR operations. (on Contract)


Location

BKC (Mumbai)


Key Result Areas

1.SAP

  • Creating PR, PO, SRN in SAP for invoice processing and getting the barcode of the payments to share across further.
  • Follow up and keeping track of payments with different level of approvers for payment processing.
  • MIS maintenance of all payments (As per Financial Year).
  • From invoice collection till the final Payout as per the TAT defined.
  • Executing critical Invoice Payments of within the defined TAT.
  • Resolving Invoice related Queries for all the payments on hold.
  • Other Invoice Processing within the defined TAT.
  • Processing of Supply invoices, JSW Steel Event invoices and Advance invoices.
  • Timely processing all consultant invoices and ensuring releasing of the payment on last day of every month.

2.Non SAP

  • Processing of Non - PO invoices and releasing the payment as per the TAT.
  • Processing of Employee Expense invoice.
  • Processing Consultant's reimbursement bills.


3.VENDOR MANAGEMENT

  • Sharing vendor registration format with vendors for creating vendor code.
  • Vetting the agreement documents and process modification accordingly.
  • Resolving Vendor queries, updating payment status, sharing payment advice & UTR number.
  • Collecting agreement and other necessary documents from SPOC as per query and modification.
  • Process automation for payment clearance


4. SODEXO CARD

  • Sodexo card and gift card distribution new employees and old employees.
  • Assisting and maintaining of employee query record clearing from Sodexo SPOC.
  • Sodexo card record manual sheet maintains - MIS maintenance for all Sodexo and Gift card distribution.
  • Creating yearly PR & PO for JSW Steel, JSW Retail & Distribution, JSW Projects, JSW Techo Projects.


5. ONBOARDING

  • Review and approve all the employment and educational documents submitted by the candidate on DB before joining.
  • Physical document verification and employee file creation.
  • ID Card and Employee ID creation for employees joining at Corporate Office.
  • Employee ID card creation and handover of the same of employees joining at PAN India location.

6. MANUAL LETTER CREATION

  • Creating Visa letters.
  • Creation and Extension of internship letters.
  • Making of Project completion letter.
  • Reliving letter and exit letter.
  • Creation, revision, extension of Consultant letters.
  • Other manual letter creation as per request.


7. Other Responsibilities

  • Planning induction of senior management employees i.e L16 as per the request of HRBP'S.
  • Setting up in person interaction of senior management employees.
  • Planning and Co-coordinating with Plant HR's for tour vist of senior management employees.


Educational Background and Work Experience

  • Any Graduate & MBA Full time (preferred)
  • Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in operations. 3 to 5 years of experience in HR operations.
  • Proficient in MS office – MS Excel .
