Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Housekeeper at CGH Earth located in Kollam. The Executive Housekeeper will oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department, manage inventory and laundry, and provide excellent customer service to guests. Additionally, the Executive Housekeeper will be responsible for training and scheduling housekeeping staff to ensure that rooms are cleaned and tidied to company standards.

Qualifications

• NABH Knowledge
• Experience with laundry and inventory management
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Experience with training and managing staff
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Experience in the hospitality industry/hospitals
• Bachelor's or associate degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field is preferred

Note: A candidate should possess knowledge of both English and local languages to converse with guests

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
