•Managing, monitoring and controlling all inventories of operating equipment, linen and uniforms ensuring par stocks are maintained and costs are controlled.
•Responsible for managing and overseeing the housekeeping department, & laundry operations.
•Track Guest Satisfaction scores on a monthly basis and focus on areas of improvement.

•8-10 year relevant experience in hospitality in international brands of which at least 2 year should be in similar responsibility level.
•Knowledge of the concepts and evaluation of market analysis processes
•A clear understanding of hotel industry is necessary as well as analytical capabilities, experience in study cases, market research and studies with mathematical background
