Duties & Responsibilities
An executive housekeeper is responsible for the total cleanliness and aesthetic upkeep of a facility, overseeing staff, managing budgets and inventory, ensuring high standards of hygiene and safety, and handling administrative duties to create a comfortable environment for guests and staff. Their responsibilities include planning and implementing housekeeping policies, training and supervising staff, maintaining supplies, coordinating with other departments, handling guest issues, and preparing reports on department operations.
