Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kozhikode for an Executive Host. The Executive Host will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, facilitating guest experiences, and ensuring the seamless operation of daily activities. Duties include welcoming and assisting guests, coordinating with various departments such as food and beverage, and supporting sales efforts through personalized engagement and relationship-building.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• 2 years Experience in front office operations or butler operations
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively
• Ability to manage and coordinate multiple tasks efficiently
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in hospitality, business, or related field
• Previous experience in a wellness or luxury hospitality environment is a plus
