Key Responsibilities - Provide exceptional customer service to guests - Facilitate guest experiences and ensure smooth daily operations - Welcome and assist guests throughout their stay - Coordinate with various departments, such as food and beverage - Support sales efforts through personalized engagement and relationship-building Qualifications - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Minimum of 2 years of experience in front office operations or butler operations - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively - Efficiently manage and coordinate multiple tasks - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in hospitality, business, or related field - Prior experience in a wellness or luxury hospitality setting is advantageous,
