Job Description

K Raheja Corp is looking to expand its horticulture team

Should handle the landscape BOQ /estimation/rate analysis/budgeting /billing and certifications with measurement sheets

He should manage tree inventory records and the upkeep of all tree authority dockets at KRC sites.

He should arrange and manage the visits of tree authority officials on site and explain the tree authority matters about the trees affecting construction work.

He should know about the tree authority-related rules, regulations, and compliances.

He should be responsible for tree authority-related matters at each site and the management of existing and new planted trees in coordination with the respective site Horticulturist

Expecting knowledge of transplantation techniques and maintenance preferable

Maintenance of existing tree numbering and census with record keeping on site as well as master file records

Well-versed in drafting and speaking skills.

Written or spoken proficiency in English, Marathi, or Hindi.

He must be ready to handle additional responsibility as per the requirements of the company related to horticulture work as and when required pan India

Years of Experience : 6-8 Years

Location : Mumbai , Navi Mumbai
