Executive - Gold Loans

Role Overview: As a member of our team, your primary responsibility will be to coordinate with the branch sales team and support BSM, SMs for lead conversion. You will be responsible for tele-calling/following up on leads provided by the sales team and Corporate office. Additionally, you will be required to coordinate with customers who walk into the branch, explain product details, suggest schemes based on need analysis, and conduct self gold valuation to inform the gold loan amount. You will also manage the external gold valuation process, update valuation details in the system, ensure loan processing is completed within the stipulated TAT, and follow up with delinquent customers to prevent them from crossing the 30 DPD bucket. Key Responsibilities: - Sales process management in FMCG/Direct sales company. - Understanding of the gold process. - Understanding of KYC Knowledge & Sales process. - Gold loan Sales process & BTL Marketing Process understanding. - Product/Competition Knowledge. Qualifications Required: - Experience in sales coordination and customer service. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to understand and explain product details effectively. - Knowledge of gold valuation process and loan processing. - Proficiency in updating details in the system. - Strong follow-up skills to ensure timely interest collection and loan processing. - Previous experience in managing MIS and interfacing with regional teams. - Familiarity with customer support/service practices. - Prior experience in gold loan sales and BTL marketing will be an added advantage.,
