Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the front office area is well-organized, clean, and presentable at all times.
  • Manage all incoming calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments.
  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Maintain office supplies and inventory; place orders as required.
  • Coordinate couriers (incoming & outgoing) and maintain an inward/outward register.
  • Arrange for scheduled meetings, including hall availability, tea/snack arrangements, checking projectors, air-conditioning, etc.
  • Maintain attendance records for housekeeping and security staff.
  • Support in basic editing, designing work, and organizing employee birthday celebrations.

Job specifications

  • Any Graduate.
  • 2 to 3 years of experience administrative Support & Office Management.
  • Excellent Customer Service & Communication Skills.
  • Coordination with Internal Departments.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong Organizational and Multitasking Abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
