Job Description

As an Executive Formulation SCM, your role will involve actively interacting with the Project Management Team, R&D, Marketing/BD teams to understand their requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring that all supplies meet the quality standards and are delivered within the specified timelines. Your key job responsibilities will include: - Receiving and reviewing all Purchase Requisitions - Sending RFQ's/RFIs, obtaining quotations, and negotiating with vendors - Raising PO's in SAP and actively following up with vendors for deliveries - Developing and building new vendors - Ensuring compliance with quality standards and delivery timelines - Performing cost analysis of materials and implementing cost reduction initiatives - Building a good supplier base - Processing procurement data and preparing required reports - Handling Vendor visits/audits - Performing cost analysis of materials and implementing cost reduction initiatives Qualifications & Experience required for this role: - MSC/B. Pharm/M. Pharm/ Science Graduate from a reputed college/university - Minimum 2-3 years of experience in procurement of Raw Material and Packing material related to Formulations Business, preferably R&D and Exhibit batches - Good exposure for procurement of the RLD (Reference Listed Drugs) from US/EU/UK/AU/Brazil/Canada market for at least 2 years - Experience in handling procurement activities for Sold Dosage Forms, Injectable, Ophthalmic, RLD - SAP knowledge is a must - Knowledge of the Type of RLD and at least 2 years of experience in procuring the REMS, Controlled/Specialty RLD from US/UK/Canada Desired Skills: - Strong communication skills - Attention to detail - Expertise in Planning, Procurement, Negotiation - Proficiency in MS Excel and SAP,
