Executive Finance

As a Finance Executive at IIHS, you will be based in Bangalore and involved in a variety of Finance and Accounting related activities. Your responsibilities will include: - Making cost centerwise entries in the accounting software - Ensuring revenue recognition as per accounting standards - Managing fixed assets accounting - Maintaining cash and bank details - Handling document management - Tracking statutory remittances and filing - Managing and controlling all expenditures - Helping in internal and statutory audits - Processing bills and cross-checking with delivery and approved purchase orders - Reporting actuals against budget - Analyzing variance in project budgets and actuals - Handling project specific audits - Supporting other IIHS activities including academics, research, training, practice, and operations Additionally, you will be expected to: - Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external individuals/organizations - Travel on IIHS work within the country as required Qualifications required: - A Graduate degree in Commerce; candidates with CA Inter completed may apply - Minimum 3 years of experience - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) As a finance executive, you will report to the Lead Finance at IIHS and may need to travel to other locations in India.
