What Youll Do

As an Executive Finance at LevelShift, you will:

• Post and manage daily accounting entries in

  Tally ERP9

• Handle

  GST-related working

  in Excel, including data consolidation and reconciliation
• Manage

  TDS working

  in Excel and ensure timely, accurate deductions
• Process and validate

  E-Invoices

  as per compliance requirements
• Record and reconcile

  bank entries

  in Tally ERP9
• Prepare, update, and maintain

  financial reports

  and MIS data in Excel
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance in every financial transaction
• Coordinate with internal teams to clarify financial inputs, resolve discrepancies, and support audits

Your Skillset

Were looking for a Finance Executive with 1+ years of experience in accounting operations, data handling, and financial compliance.

Core Technical Expertise

• Tally ERP9 Accounting:

  Strong hands-on experience in accounting entries, ledgers, and bank transactions

• Excel Reporting:

  Good working knowledge of Excel functions, reports, data analysis, and validation

• TDS & GST:

  Working knowledge of TDS and GST calculations and reconciliation in Excel

• E-Invoicing:

  Understanding of e-invoice generation and GST compliance workflows

• General IT Skills:

  Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
