Job Description

Works closely with Banks for driving timely vendor payments both Domestic/ Imports.
Loading payments in payment factory/ banking portal and obtaining approvals and posting relevant entries in Oracle
Keeping bank records updated for changes in signatories and other required documentations
Obtaining 15 CA/CB certificates for making A2 (service) payments.
Timely Employee/ Vendor Advances payments.
Cash balance reporting to corporate treasury.
Managing cash flow.

FEMA Compliances

Ensuring closure of FEMA compliance around IDPMS/ ORM/ GR Waivers.
Working with bank to identify issues for long standing items related FEMA.

Accounts Payable

Reporting Incomplete vendor master for missing bank details, GST or other details
Managing TDS Compliances/ Returns.
Site contact for Payable related queries.
Providing details for any IT or related notices/ audits

Month End

Co-ordinating for Bank Reconciliations with Shared Service center.
Passing payment entries
Forex revaluations
Mass allocation run.
GL Checks preparing for HFM loading.

Others

FA Capitalization and depreciation run.
Audit support for the above areas.
Balance sheet schedules
Clearing out Manual Journal approvals.
Ad hoc requests.
