Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Executive - Finance & Accounts to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing financial operations, ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting, and supporting the overall financial health of the organization.

Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports.
Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions.
Manage accounts payable and receivable functions.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial processes.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks).
Strong knowledge of financial reporting and analysis.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
