Executive – Export/Import Documentation

We, a c t Infraport Limited, a leading shipping & logistics company, offering the services of Chartering, Custom Broker, Cargo Handling, Stevedoring, Shipping Agency, Warehousing & Transportation, having presence in PAN India & Overseas, are looking for dynamic professional for the following position, based out of Hazira Branch Office at Surat:

Graduate in any discipline

Experience:

Candidates should possess 1 to 2 years of experience in the field of Import/Export Documentation, preferably from a CHA background/industry.

Responsibilities:

The position will broadly be responsible:

-       To handle entire Export/Import Documentation related to Customs Clearance,

-       To file necessary documents related to Customs through Online/Offline mode and getting out of charge / LEO as applicable,

-       To liaison with and coordinate with Shipping Line and CFS for a smooth customs clearance process,

-       To coordinate with transporters/transport team for placement of vehicles related to different types of shipments being handled at Branch,

-       To check & verify the invoices related to CFS and Shipping Line and coordinate for processing of payment on behalf of clients,

Skills:

-       Candidates should possess good communication and coordination skills
