Position Justification

Global E-Commerce operations

Key Responsibilities

Process orders, handle returns, and track shipments for
B2B e-commerce operations
.
Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely and accurate deliveries while resolving order fulfillment issues.
Upload and update product listings, ensuring
descriptions, images, prices, and stock levels
are accurate and current.
Monitor and manage
inventory levels
to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
Prepare and share
weekly/monthly reports
for order performance and sales trends.
Track and maintain records for
payments, debit notes, and credit notes
, ensuring timely follow-up for settlements.
Serve as Point of Contact (PoC) for queries related to products, orders, returns, and shipping.
Ensure
high customer satisfaction
by resolving issues promptly and maintaining positive client relations.

Required Skills

Strong
email writing and communication skills
.
Proficiency in
MS Excel
(Pivot, VLOOKUP, reporting, data management).
Tech-savvy
with exposure to e-commerce platforms and tools.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work in a
fast-paced, dynamic environment

Eligibility Criteria

Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
Minimum
2 years of experience
in e-commerce operations/coordination.
