Executive Director - Securities Operations Senior Manager

In this role as Executive Director - Securities Operations Senior Manager at Wells Fargo, you will manage professional teams responsible for the overall operational performance of the Securities Settlements line of business. Your key responsibilities will include engaging with internal partners and peers, identifying opportunities for process improvement and risk control development, determining appropriate strategies for the security operations team, developing policies and procedures, collaborating with professionals at all levels, leading the team to achieve objectives, and managing allocation of resources. You will also be expected to develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy. Qualifications required for this position include 6+ years of Securities Operations experience or equivalent, demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education, as well as 3+ years of management or leadership experience. Desired qualifications include experience in securities settlements, expertise in equities, fixed income & mutual funds in Wealth and Asset Management or Securities Operations, 6+ years in a leadership role with prior experience in managing Managers, and proven knowledge and experience in transformation and automation projects for process simplification and better risk management. Job expectations include being open to working in Shift time from 4:30 p.m. to 1:30/2:30 AM and having in-depth knowledge of securities settlements.
