Data Quality
: Measure the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of data within the data warehouse.
System Performance
: Work with DDIT and Vendors to ensure system performance according to user needs
User Satisfaction
: Assess the satisfaction levels of internal stakeholders and end-users with the data warehousing and analytics solutions.
Project Delivery
: Monitor the timely and successful completion of data warehousing and analytics projects.
Cost Efficiency
: Evaluate the cost-effectiveness of data warehousing and analytics operations.
Innovation
: Measure the implementation of new technologies and methodologies in data warehousing and analytics.
Compliance
: Ensure adherence to data governance, security, and regulatory requirements.
AI Enablement
: Create roadmap, meta data management, creation of data asset in line with direction set by Heads of Innovation and Emerging data products
AI Enablement
: Team engagement, Talent Development and management of KPIs such as GLINT, Retention

Job Dimensions

Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Systems, Data Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
Extensive experience in data warehousing, data management, and analytics, with a proven track record of leading successful data initiatives.
Proven leadership experience, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and data integration principles.
Proficiency in data warehousing technologies, database management systems, and analytics tools. Knowledge of SQL, ETL processes, and data modeling is essential.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
