Job Description

You will be joining KPMG's Advisory practice as a Consultant, where you will support client engagements by reviewing technical documentation, developing impactful presentations, engaging stakeholders, and contributing to requirement mapping and testing activities. Your role will involve collaborating with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals and solution design. Your responsibilities will include: - **Documentation Review**: - Analyze and validate technical and functional documents for completeness, clarity, and alignment with client objectives. - Provide feedback and recommendations to enhance documentation quality and consistency. - **Presentation Development**: - Design and deliver professional presentations tailored to diverse stakeholder groups. - Translate complex technical and business information into clear, concise, and visually engaging formats. - **Stakeholder Engagement**: - Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to gather requirements, share updates, and manage expectations. - Facilitate workshops, meetings, and discussions to drive alignment and decision-making. - **Requirement Mapping & Validation**: - Support the mapping of business and technical requirements across project phases. - Ensure traceability and alignment of requirements with business goals and solution design. - **Testing Support**: - Assist in defining test scenarios and validating requirements through functional and user acceptance testing. - Work closely with QA teams to ensure deliverables meet quality standards. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, Information Systems, or a related field; Masters degree preferred. - 3-5 years of experience in consulting, business analysis, or project delivery roles. - Proven experience working with clients in the banking and financial services sector. - Exposure to digital transformation projects, including process reengineering, technology enablement, or customer experience enhancement. - Strong technical acumen with the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively. - Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar. - Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred attributes for this role include: - Experience in a client-facing consulting environment. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines. - Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities. - Team-oriented with a proactive and professional approach.,
