We invite proactive professionals to join our team and contribute to ourmission of delivering superior products.Job Role:- The IIP Executive is responsible for overseeing all manufacturing inspection activities, ensuring consistent process compliance, and upholding high standards of product quality throughout production. This role demands strong technical acumen, exceptional attention to detail, and a results-driven approach to continuous improvement and defect reduction in manufacturing operations.To carry out the In-Process Inspection to ensure that products meet company quality standards during manufacturing, reduce defects, and improve process efficiency.

Requirements

In case of Diploma: 2-3 yrs of experienceIn case of B.Tech: 0-2 yrs of experience.

In process inspection during production in the plant for manufacturing quality products.
Identifying the defects early, before more resources are wasted.
In case of any discrepancies in production, highlight them to the production team immediately.
Taking a follow-up regarding the corrective measures taken.
Keeping the record of issues found and measures taken.
Checking and strictly maintaining the SOPs on the shop floor, especially equipment parameters.
Shift-wise report submission to the respective head.
