Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Executive D2C role located in Noida. The Executive D2C will be responsible for managing direct-to-consumer sales channels, developing and executing sales strategies, overseeing order fulfillment, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks will include monitoring online sales performance, optimizing product listings, coordinating with the marketing team to drive traffic and sales, and providing excellent customer service. The role also involves analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in direct-to-consumer (D2C) sales and e-commerce
• Strong understanding of sales strategy development and execution
• Proficiency in order fulfillment processes and inventory management
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Analytical skills for sales data analysis and trend identification
• Ability to work on-site in Noida and collaborate effectively with the team
• Relevant experience in the fashion or retail industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
