Job Opening - Executive - Customer Support - Farmvibes Responsibilities: Converting an inquiry into a new client Establish and improve cooperation with new/existing customers Customer Handling Receive, sort and distribute incoming mail Handling phone calls and follow up on WhatsApp Proper Maintenance of internal data Willing to travel for office purpose Handling customer queries Prepare outgoing mail for distribution Maintain office filing and storage systems Update and maintain databases such as mailing lists, contact lists and client information Retrieve information when requested Managing filing system Required Experience and Qualifications Verbal and written communication skills Experience in customer handling Computer Knowledge Organization and planning skills Work management and prioritizing skills Problem solving ability Female Only Salary: As per industry standards Languages: English, Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam Age Limit: Below 30 Requirements: Knowledge: The candidate should have hands on experience in client handling and product selling. The candidate should preferably have knowledge of selling customer solutions over a call. The candidate should possess prior knowledge about customer retention/upselling. Experience: 1 3 Years of relevant sales experience Qualification: Graduate / MBA / B.Tech or any Equivalent Degree
