Executive Customer Order Management & Technical Support

As a Customer Order Management Executive you are responsible for handling orders from MWIN customers, managed

by responsible Sales Account Holders. You are reponsible for providing service in a way that secures MW´s position as

a valued commercial partner and leading supplier of axial impellers.

You are furthermore responsible for a good cooperation with Sales team, Production, Purchasing and Shipping

department in MWIN stabling MW to deliver operational excellence according to MW value proposition.

Areas of responsibility:

The Employee´s job includes the following:

· Customer Account management

· Identify and develop new customers.

· Understanding customers’ application requirements and suggesting a suitable product

· Manage End to End Sales solution and customer support cycle.

· Technical and Commercial agreements with the customers

· Coordinating orders with production and logistics

· Addressing and resolving any issues and customer complaints

· Understand technical drawings and release their BOM in the ERP system reporting & maintaining data in ERP

system

· To perform ad-hoc activities/ projects assigned by the management.

The most important skills and knowledge related to this job:

A solid technical background with an Mechanical engineering degree

· Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiations skills

· High level of enthusiasm and persistence in pursuing goals

· Highly structured, analytical, fact & details oriented
