Position description:

Freight Reversal

• to be done within 10 days from case registered in ERP

Adhering to SOP

• should not be single deviation without approval ofmanagement

Accuracy in Revert Vouchers

• All reverted vouchers should be accurately done

Sending Reports as per defined timeline

• Sending all the reports as per defined dates:-
• MIS of Freight Revert - weekly report
• MRF fixed charges report by 5th ofevery month

Faulty Information in Reports

• Reports should have accurate and correct information

Record maintenance

• All revert cases received should be up to dated in excelfile within 5 days of receiving all concerned stakeholders signatures
