BLK-Max Super Speciality Hospital, one of India's largest tertiary care private hospitals, spans over five acres and houses 650 beds. The hospital is known for its advanced programs like Bone Marrow, Liver, Kidney, and Heart Transplants, and a leading position in Neuro-endovascular Therapeutic Procedures. Accredited by NABH, NABL, and JCI.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Corporate desk Executive located in New Delhi. Will be responsible for managing and coordinating all CGHS-related activities, including processing claims, coordinating with government authorities, and ensuring compliance with CGHS guidelines. The role requires the candidate to maintain accurate records, provide support to patients, and work closely with the billing and accounts team to ensure smooth operations. Additionally, Will handle grievances and resolve any issues related to CGHS claims and services.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of CGHS,Corporate,PsU policies, procedures, and guidelines
  • Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to coordinate with various stakeholders including government authorities and internal teams
  • Proficiency in using hospital management software and systems
  • Experience in healthcare administration or a related field
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Relevant certifications or a degree in healthcare administration is a plus
