Develops nursing care plans each shift based on patient needs, safety, diet, and assessment findings. Establishes priorities for nursing needs based on nursing assessment, problems identified and estimated length of stay. Implement admission protocols, maintain accurate records, and update patient and family. Utilizes effective communication skills in reporting pertinent information on time. Deliver comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients, including assessment, medication administration, continuous monitoring, and accurate documentation. Perform advanced clinical procedures such as managing mechanical ventilators, hemodynamic monitoring, and continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT).
