The position is responsible for connecting with corporates / companies to get employment for the local population of Dharavi.
The persons pre-dominant role will be to build relationships with the HR persons from the Industry so that there company is onboarded for the purpose of recruiting candidates from Dharavi on a mass scale.
The position holder will be responsible for maintaining relations with multiple stakeholders including Industries (large and MSMEs), Industry Associations, Government etc.
1. Develop and maintain relationships with companies / industries and third-party placement agencies to facilitate recruitment opportunities for candidates.
2. Collaborate with Academic Institutes, NGOs and Career guidance institutes to tap opportunities for placements.
3.Provide regular reports and updates on placement activities and outcomes to your reporting manager.
4.Keep yourself well-informed about the latest industry trends, labour market dynamics, and the demands of employers.
5. Work collaboratively with other members of the team, and extend support wherever needed. Be a part of Community engagement initiatives and other stakeholder events.
6. Organize Industry meet, workshops, round table meetings etc. Connect with Industry experts and intelligentsia.
