Sales Operations Support

• Track national sales performance vs. targets
• Prepare sales forecasts, gap analysis & profitability reports
• Support in sales review presentations & strategic dashboards

Commercial & Tender Support

• Draft and manage tenders, quotations & pricing documents
• Ensure timely approvals and submissions for commercial deals

Tools & Data Management

• Work on

  Advanced Excel

  ,

  SAP

  ,

  SanEforce

  , and optionally

  Power BI

• Maintain trackers for new product launches, brand metrics & incentives

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Liaise with CFA/logistics for stock and dispatches
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance & Supply Chain

Administrative Support

• Schedule sales reviews and manage follow-ups for Sales Heads
• Maintain high standards of confidentiality and documentation

Who We're Looking For:

Qualification & Background

• B.Com / BBA / MBA preferred
• 57 years in Sales Coordination / Commercial Support, ideally in Pharma/Healthcare

Key Skills

• Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivots, Dashboards)
• Working knowledge of SAP & SFA (SanEforce)
• Excellent coordination and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking ability
