● Build and maintain lasting relationships with the client as an agency representative by understanding their focus and anticipating their needs
● Coordinate with internal and external resources to expedite workflow
● Manage communications between client and the SPOC. and internal team
● Stay current with company offerings and industry trends
● Oversee and achieve organizational goals while upholding best practices
Responsibilities
● Solve problems for clients by understanding and exceeding their expectations
● Illustrate the value of products and services to create growth opportunities; compile and analyze data to identify trends
● Participate in brainstorming, office activities, staff meetings, and client meetings; research and assist with program development for existing clients and new prospects
● Perform prospecting activities such as cold calling and networking
● Follow up with clients regularly to ensure needs are being met and to identify opportunities
● Maintain a database of clients, prospects, partners, and vendors
Required skills and qualifications
● 1-1.5 years of experience in marketing/PR administration role reporting directly to senior management
● Ability to understand client needs, communicate the brief to the team, good interpersonal skills
● Good written and communication skills
● Proficiency in Punjabi language
● Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and prospects
Preferred skills and qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing/PR/Comms
● Content writing in Telegu: social media captions, blog posts
● Proficiency in Telegu and English
● MBA (preferred)
