Job Description

Role Overview: As a Marketing/PR Administrator with 1-1.5 years of experience, your role involves building and maintaining relationships with clients as an agency representative. You will understand client needs, anticipate their requirements, and coordinate with internal and external resources to streamline workflow. Your key focus will be managing communications between clients, SPOCs, and internal teams to achieve organizational goals effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Solve client problems by exceeding their expectations and demonstrating the value of products and services to drive growth opportunities. - Analyze data to identify trends and contribute to program development for both existing clients and new prospects. - Actively participate in brainstorming sessions, staff meetings, and client interactions to enhance client relationships. - Engage in prospecting activities such as cold calling and networking to expand the client base. - Maintain a comprehensive database of clients, prospects, partners, and vendors to support business growth. Qualifications Required: - Good interpersonal and communication skills to effectively convey client briefs to the team. - Proficiency in Punjabi language is necessary, along with a willingness to travel as required to meet clients and prospects. - Bachelor's degree in marketing/PR/communications is preferred. - Experience in content writing in Telegu for social media captions and blog posts is an advantage. - Proficiency in both Telegu and English, along with an MBA, is beneficial for this role.
