The Executive Chef will lead the culinary operations, including planning, menu design, food preparation, and kitchen supervision. The role involves creating innovative and seasonal menus, maintaining food quality and presentation standards, managing kitchen costs, and ensuring hygiene and safety compliance.


You’ll work closely with the management team to develop culinary strategies that reflect the brand identity of Khaleez Hospitality and deliver memorable dining experiences.


Qualifications & Skills

South Indian cuisine

food costing, kitchen budgeting, and cost control

team management, staff training, and kitchen leadership

food safety, hygiene, and kitchen operations

design and implement seasonal and festive menus

Language proficiency:

• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills

Culinary degree or professional certification

5–8 years of experience
