Executive Chef

Executive Chef | High-End Residential Club – Jaipur

We’re on the lookout for an Executive Chef to head operations at a premium residential club in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food, resident engagement, and high standards in kitchen operations.

Role Highlights:

• Manage day to day operations of the kitchen, coordinate food production schedules and ensures highest level of food quality, taste and presentation.
• Control food cost by assisting in training kitchen staff on the proper methods of food preparation and handling, by training kitchen, restaurant and steward employees on how to handle leftover food Items.
• Established and require strict adherence to health department and hotel sanitization and food handling Guidelines.
• Maintain effective working relationship with food and beverage management, staff and hotel departments.
• Complete daily food orders based upon schedule events and projected levels of business.
• Conduct regular inspection of the entire kitchen areas and coolers and promptly act to correct deficiencies Found during inspection.
• Comply with standards of service and assist in assuring the same from all kitchen employees.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10–12 years of experience in reputed 4-star+ hotels or restaurants
• Currently working as a Senior Sous Chef or Executive Chef
• Strong hold over multi-cuisine formats
• Passionate about event-based and experiential dining

💰 Salary: ₹80,000 – ₹90,000 per month (CTC)
